When training you need to dress for success

Hello everyone,

Now I'm sure you know that I am very well trained but I love learning new things. Like this fun thing called "Paws:" that's where I put my front paws on the table by the door to get my leash clipped on for going outside.

I got this really cool thing in the mail for my mama called a training survival kit. It had a green clicker ,a flash light, and a little treat holder on a green string around my mamas neck. It came with a cool green apron that had a super special hidden pocket on it. Now my mama loves the color green but I never told the nice person who made the kit that. How did they know ....are they a psychic??

As you can see when she put's this on I know she means business.  It's time to get to work when this gets put on. I love it so much and love learning new things from my mama.

Now let me tell you about the special things hanging around her neck. First there's the clicker. When you do what you are told you get to hear a CLICK. This means that you did a good job. The flash light is to help when you have to go potty at night so you can see where you're going. That treat holder was super cool. It holds a few tiny treats or peices of kibbles. In fact we we opened it there where two super yums inside. Wasn't that nice..

I really think that this is a great thing to have when learning something new. I love that it has two front pockets to hold goodies and a super secret hidden pocket for the jackpot yums.

Fresh Baked Cookies UPDATE

Hi everyone my mama got me some super special cookies in the mail. They came in a box and where powder. I thought that was super silly till she told me she had to mix them up and bake them for me.

I loved that idea so I told her to get to work. The flavor I picked out was carrot and boy was it yummy.

This is super easy to do. All you need to do is get the mix a 1/2 cup of water  and one big egg.

You pour it into a medium sized bowl 

Crack in the egg

Pour in your water

and mix mix mix until a dough forms

ALL MOST THERE.

With a little more mixing a nice dough formed and we put it on the counter that had a little bit of flour sprinkled on it.

Then we took this roller thing that my mamma called the rolling pin and mushed the dough till it was flat and kinda thin.

After we took did that we got to use something called a cookie cutter and made shapes.

I picked out flowers, little funny shapes, and circles, and we got to cutting. Then out them on paper that was on some pans.

YAY TIME TO GO IN THE OVEN TO COOK.We baked them for 20 min and they where nice and crunchy.

After they baked we had to put them on some racks to cool down so they wouldn't burn my mouth.

OH BOY ARE THEY READY YET??

While my mama was waiting on them to cool down enough for me to taste them my Papa had to be all mean and steal one from me. BAD PAPA THOSE ARE MINE. He said they are yummy and taste like a cracker.

I really enjoyed these cookies and they made a whole pound. Lots of yums for this girl.

They are all natural so you can even share them with your humans. 

UPDATE

Today my mama decided to make some more of my yummy cookies but she didn't get but one picture this time.

I told her I wanted the chicken ones and boy are they good. The chicken came in a little packet outside the mix and reminded me of sprinkles.... I wanted to eat them all on my own but I couldn't because if I had then I wouldn't have had the chickey yum crunch. I said I'll be a good girl and wait. Boy was it worth it. I think I may be the luckiest girl in the world.

Viking head halter

Hello I love looking great and showing town pride. My town colors are green and yellow and they look so pretty as a head halter. I really love this because it is custom made to fit me.

A head halter isn't like a muzzle you can still eat, drink, play, bite (but I wouldn't ever bite), and even give kisses. It just helps you to remember your manners.

The nice person who makes this even does normal collars and leashes, and harnesses. What more could a dog want than custom gear to fit them that is super strong and oh so cute.

When it first got here it didn't quite fit but we sent it back and they fixed it and I had it in no time. 

This one is really cool because it has a super strap that you clip to your normal collar and if you manage to slip out of the head halter then you are still super safe.

More to yum.

You may remember I told you about those great coconutty treats. Well the nice person behind them was super kind and sent me more to yum.

I got this great biscotti. That's a hard cookie that tastes like paradise. The flavor is Almond and I just really really love them. My mama told me though that I have to be a good girl and savor them. I told her to stop being silly and give me more of the great taste.

I also got some super chocolaty smelling peanut butter and carob pupcakes. I get some special chocolate yums and they are fantastic. I could eat them all the time, but then I'd be as big as the horse who lives down the road from me.

I also got some super special herb cookies that taste great and herbs are super healthy for me.
My mamas grandma even grows herbs and I sometimes get them sprinkled in my food. I think they are super cute too. 

All in all I have tasted many yummy treats from this nice company and they are all really really great. Try them and I just know you'll love them.

Smell good with magic powder

Hi fur friends,

I got some magical powder that makes me smell amazing. It is all natural and that makes my tail wag because I smell good, it's good for the planet, and I don't need a bath.

Service dog's have to smell good so this makes that super easy. This also helps with the itchy flea bugs.  I love it. This powder makes me spell great. I think everyone needs it. It's so easy to use. You just have your person sprinkle it on then you get that good feeling combing and your ready to take on the world.

I'm so happy too they even gave my mama some special lotion that we can both use. It smells like apple cider vinegar and it made her skin so super soft. I think it's just great because we can share it and have a spa day together.

Herbal Grooming

Hello I got an amazing set of products in the mail. Some essential oils to make a home made all natural flea collar that has no yuck chemicals. An herbal flea spray that smells so wonderful. A herbal rinse for after a bath that made my fur so soft and smell amazing, and some kitty safe flea powder.

To make my flea spray you open the envelope and pull out just one tea bag. Then bring 1 cup of water to boil and then pull it off the heat. Put the bag in the pot of water and let it soak for 5 min. You pull the teabag out and let it cool down. You can use it as a rinse after a bath or put into a spray bottle and have your human spritz the fleas away.

To make the herbal rinse you boil 3 cups of water and put in one big tea bag. Then let it soak for 1/2 an hour that's 30 min or one tv show. You can let it soak more if you want to. Then mix it with 1/2 gallon of warm water and pour it all over after you take a bath. It helps get rid of the itchies and it smells great too. I don't think I've ever been so soft.

The flea collar is really cool too I got this little blue collar that you dip in a good smelling oil and count to 5 Then you let it dry for 10 min. Then put it on. It smells good like perfume and sends those bad fleas on the run. You don't have to worry about yucky chemicals making you or your person sick with this.

I really love the kitty safe flea powder because I got to share it with my cat friends. It is a natural safe way to help keep them flea free too since they can't use those good smelling oils. You just have your human take a little bit of the powder and rub it all over your kitties. They will be flea free in no time.

I've got a handle on things

I got a nice new handle in the mail the other day from a fellow service dog's mama. She made me a pretty pink and black handle for my vest and it matches perfectly. I love this thing because it's cute like me, makes me feel safe because I can stay close to my mama. I really love it because it was from another service dog team so they know exactly what we need. It's made if this great stuff called Paracord and it is super strong.

See it's all pretty and matches my vest just perfectly. I love it so much and think that every service dog team needs a handle to match their vest. 

This is a perfect for service dog teams so we can maneuver through parking lots and very crowed places in a safe way.

Coastal yums

Hello everyone I got some barktastic treats to tell you all about. They are super yummy and taste link pumpkins and coconut. I just love coconut. These treats remind me of laying out on the beach soaking up the nice warm sun. I love the cute heart shape too. Shiny teeth and me

Oh boy oh boy have I got something pawtastic to tell you about. It's this great yummy doggy toothpaste. I got two flavors to tell you about.

But first let me share that it is all natural and you can even share it with your human. I love this stuff because it tastes really really great.

I just know you will love it I mean what dog worth their waggin tail doesn't like peanut butter?? You store this stuff in the fridge and heat it up super slow. Stir Stir Stir till it looks like a yummy in the tummy paste. Then you brush away. Is this toothpaste or a treat. I don't know but I love it.




I also tried the cinnamon flavor but this one isn't as yummy as that peanut butter one. They have other great flavors too and I hope I get to try them all. With this toothpaste you have no excuse not to have teeth that sparkle like the stars.

I can have brownies

Now I know what you are thinking these brownies aren't made with chocolate. They have yummy yummy carob. Thats DOGGY CHOCOLATE. I love it so much because well my family likes brownies and now I can have some too.




I love these because they are nice and soft and well I think they are wonderful and I want to have them all the time. The nice people who make these have other treats that they sell. Think I will ever get to taste those too?

I sure hope so and if I do I will be sure to tell you about them. Now back to the brownies. I love them so much and I had to rip that bag right open to get them really fast.

YUM YUM.. I wish my mama could figure out a good way to make them for me so I could have one every single day for ever and ever. The doggies that live in the house where they can get them still warm are soo lucky.

These treats are grain free. Made with chickpeas so YAY. I love that about them because too much grain makes me have really bad gas.

Loveins fresh from the oven

Hi my friends I got three pawtastic yums in the mail yesterday and I need to tell you about them. They came in a brown bag that looks like what my Aunt Debbie used to take to work with her lunch in it.

I thought that was cute.


I got PUPCAKES. Those things are YUM. My tail wagged wagged wagged.  I love the peanut butter honey flavor but they have lots and lots more. Maybe I can taste the others one day and tell you about them. They are so adorable too.

 They are kinda crunchy but kinda soft at the same time and I LOVE them. I'm drooling here give me some more of those yum things.


I also got some Cherry and peanut butter Barkscotti. I think that's cool because they look so much like what my mama's grandma dips in her coffee.



These things taste great and I love the wonderful cherry-ness. I like the texture of them too. I wish I could have 10 pounds of this stuff.

Last but not least is my favorite flavor Barkscotti that I have tasted LIVER and Bacon.  Who wouldn't love liver and bacon flavored cookies. I know this dog is crazy about them. I had to gobble them up so the people in my house wouldn't be tempted to eat them.

They say to put these treats in the fridge when you get them but I pigged out and ate them all up.

Relaxing spa day.

Hi friends I got this amazing  shampoo and carpet freshener, and pillow, and toy, and bowl to tell you about.
I even got one to give away and I am gonna give it to some nice people who helped nuter my papa's cat.

See there's this pawsome shampoo in there that is herby and smells great. BOY did it make me feel good and I am so shiny. It smells great too.

 

The bowls even had a great toy in them. How lucky is that. 

Now I am an honest dog and I have to speak from experience I haven't had time to test the little purple bar of shampoo but it smells yummy. The only thing is DO NOT USE IT ON CATS.

The shampoo in the bottle is safe for kitties though. So be sure to share it.

The pillow is great and smells yummy. You can freeze it and use it as an ice pack or you can warm it up and use it as a heating pad. My mama had a head ache so I told her to use it and guess what. She felt better really fast.

The cover is removable so you can wash it. So that it stays nice and clean and fresh.

The carpet freshener is a bit chunky but that's ok that loud vacuum floor sucker thing cleaned it right up. It made the carpet smell so good I had to drag my bed there and nap. I love that stuff and hope it never ever runs out.

As for the bowl well who can't use an extra bowl to keep lots of nice yummy water down especially in the hot hot summer.

This is something that EVERY dog needs. In fact I will be giving away two bottles of that great shampoo.

The nice lady who sent this sent my mama some really nice human stuff. Some lotions, lip gloss, 2 soaps, foot scrub, sugar scrub, milk bath, and some sun block for my grandma. It all smells so amazing and I just know that every human will love it.

I want my puppystyle treats

Hello paw palls.


I have these great treats to tell you about. Rez Dog Delight they are BACON and cheese. Boy are they yummy.

They are made with organic brown rice flour, water , organic buckwheat flour, low sodium (low salt) bacon, low fat cheese, and organic eggs.

Those are all wonderful things. I love that the treats are a dark brown and are super crunchy. And that they are shaped like piggies.

I also got some yumtastic treats shaped like kitties. But I thought I wasn't sposed to eat the kitties. See we have some that live with us and mama said that good dogs don't eat kitties then she said that I was able to eat this kind.
